Why Buy With Anne Statton?

Whether you are considering buying a house or a condo, you’ve come to the right place! The buying process can be overwhelming at times. One of my priorities is to help guide you through the steps.

Here are the first two steps:

  1. Speak to a mortgage broker or lending institution about what you can afford and get pre-approved! Knowing what price range you are in can save you time, energy, and disappointment later on.

  2. Have a meeting with me to discuss your wants and needs. This will help us understand what is important to you and allow us to guide you properly.

After we’ve met and decided to work together, we will formalize our commitment in a Buyer Representation Agreement (B.R.A.). This document ensures that you will receive the very best from me, your real estate representative. Once we are bound in an exclusive contract, we become committed to finding you your dream home. The contract is flexible, allowing you to specify the length of the agreement, and it does not commit you to making a purchase. We get paid on a contingency basis, so we don’t get paid unless you buy a property. And our fee is typically paid for by the seller through the listing brokerage. Signing the B.R.A. has many benefits to you, the buyer: assurance that your brokerage fulfills its duties, like disclosing all information that is known about properties being considered; that you are being provided with expert, professional advice, diligent and attentive service, and peace of mind that your best interests will be protected.
